Out With The Old!
I'm shocked, shocked that an archdiocese would be involved in something nefarious. However, it looks like over in Joliet they were trying to usher in the new by pushing out the old. It's illegal.
Mind you, what the archdiocese was doing is pretty much the same basic idea that is at the heart of modern public ed reform. Professional teaching is becoming a temporary occupation, for your young resume-builders.
