I’m exposed!
Dear Mr. Velderman:
I Just read this disconcerting blog post from a public school art teacher whom I respect and admire immensely.
In fact I have already investigated his work and I can provide some useful inside information.
I filmed in his classroom as he taught 3rd graders how they can use art to imagine and draw the future
of their community. The kids had wonderful ideas and expressed them beautifully under Mr. Klonsky’s thoughtful direction. It was one of the best experiences I have had as a documentary filmmaker in a public school setting.
