UTLA BACKS DOWN ON SURVEY ON LAUSD SUPERINTENDENT DEASY- PERDAILY COMES TO THE RESCUE

United Teachers Los Angeles (UTLA) has backed down on their plan to poll rank-and-file on the effectiveness of Superintendent John Deasy, so we at perdaily would like to take on this function.
