The largest charter operator in the nation is Dennis W. Bakke. The Imagine School’s CEO was on Rick Scott’s education transition team. I wrote here late last month on Bakke’s three failing Florida charter schools. It seems that his poor record doesn’t only exist in Florida. Reporting in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, Elisa Crouch writes about Imagine’s massive problems there:
