- The Daily News reported that nearly 300 students at Grace Dodge HS in the Bronx have not had an English teacher since the third week of school this year, prompting parents and other leaders to protest and reiterate state Chancellor Tisch’s argument that the Bloomberg Administration is dooming some students by “warehousing” them in neglected schools and classrooms.
