(MPRN) - The state is searching for a school reform chief. The job will include helping roughly a hundred of the state's worst-performing schools improve.

Mike Flanagan is the state superintendent of public instruction. He says the reform chief's job will be to help schools develop and execute turnaround plans. And he says the consequences will grow more serious for schools that don't show progress.
