5PM UPDATE: And on the seventh day ... North Penn students are back in school.
That’s thanks to an order by Montgomery County Court Judge Gerald Corso on Monday morning, issuing an injunction that ordered the district’s 13,000 students and 1,000 teachers back into their classrooms.

“I’m pleased. As I’ve said all through this process, our teachers want to be in school, and we want to get this resolved now. For the good of the community, this has to be resolved,” NPEA President Alan Malachowski said outside Corso’s courtroom.
