Last night, a district committee presented a number of ideas to the Board of Education.
They include new community centers, a living laboratory community garden, a professional development and business center for the district and a district library storage facility.
Also mentioned were a new charter school, a long-term homeless shelter for women and children and a Boy Scouts facility.
The seven school sites range from three to ten acres each.
The Board of Education will have to take action on the recommendations.
