APS: How the school board's wishes are easily sidestepped

A citizen activist says APS demonstrates the common disconnect between what the school board says and what the school chief does.
I am impressed with the citizen activists who are bringing to light important issues in school districts around the state.  Many of them are using blogs to do so.
Here is a great blog posting by one such activist in Atlanta.
