A guy writes that in 64% of the districts in the state, the local board picks up the teacher contribution to TRS.

I don’t know where he gets that number, and he doesn’t supply the source.

Here’s what I know.

In our Collective Bargaining Agreement, the language says, “The board shall pay…” But the board doesn’t pay.What that means is that out of of salary, the board will pay to TRS 9.4%. So, each teacher pays the full share. It
