With revelations coming forth that a cheating scandal has likely been uncovered in Philadelphia, it should come as no surprise that some former teachers are coming forward. Citing Atlanta as the model, former Texas teacher Lauren Bell has come forward to tell her story in a letter to the editor yesterday in the Seattle Times.
