I guess some people have found Scott Walker's no-bid, straight-to-Koch power plant sell-off inside the union-busting "budget repair" bill. The man was bought into office to hand over public assets to psychopathic billionaires. This is Mobutu-scale corruption. Nice going, Wisconsin Republican voters.
