Hoover Experts Strike Out

Eleven “education experts” at the Hoover Institution have recently offered up their review of the Best and Worst in American Education, 2010, and totally missed the mark in eight of their ten conclusions. Regarding a math teaching study, and a voucher system in Washington D.C., I don’t have an opinion.
