What Nardwuar wasn't counting on was the Governator one-upping him.


Holding up a 1980s-era vinyl record album called Arnold Schwarzenegger's Total Body Workout, Nardwuar -- aka John Ruskin -- got a chuckle as he stood at the microphone and asked Arnie about his experience in the music industry.


'With the PCC you have these four great areas -- British Columbia, Washington, California, Oregon," Nardwuar began. "Each area has a great grunge/punk/rock and roll scene, but lately the music industry has been struggling.
