School Tech Connect: Labor Ruling On Chicago Gulen School: Labor Ruling On Chicago Gulen School by noreply@blogger.com (Tim Furman) NLRB just ruled on the Chicago Math and Science Academy--- the Gulen charter in Rogers Park that doesn't want to be subject to the IELRB. In other words, they want to be a private employer, even though they're a public school. It's a complex ruling, and I've posted it below, but I think the union won.. You read it and tell me if I'm wrong. I have to get to a train.

The events leading to this discussion were costly and horrific. As I have stated before we need to discuss the facts and not propaganda or demagogy.
