The required Administrative Analysis of the Madison Preparatory Academy charter school proposal by the Madison Metropolitan School District staff has been posted, and it doesn’t bode well for approval. The analysis identifies causes for concern and unanswered questions in many areas, including finances, staffing, governance, educational plans, single-sex segregation and many more.
