During 2010, about 4.6 percent of California high school students dropped out, better than the 5.7 percent dropout rate from the prior year, according to data released Thursday. Over a four-year period, about 18 percent -- or almost one in five -- of high school students will quit school. Use this database to see dropout rates and recent trends for every high school in the state.
