The great Jim Broadway has sent out word that Senate President Cullerton has turned over one of the shell bills to a representative from Aurora, who turned the thing into a vehicle to get rid of all the little elementary districts that feed into single high school districts. The bill also would set property tax restrictions on the new, resulting districts, as well as the already-standing high school districts.
