Good or bad? Reform bill agreement in Springfield.
Late last night, IEA President Ken Swanson sent the following email to IEA leadership:
As midnight approached Sen. Lightford and all stakeholders who have
been involved in the Ed Reform legislation process appear to have worked
out an agreed upon bill. Details will be forthcoming tomorrow but we
wanted to share this very very important development with you all ASAP.
