SACRAMENTO —
A Sacramento native paid his $14,000 tuition to the University of Colorado, Boulder in $1 bills.Nic Ramos says he's trying to get people thinking about the increasing cost of an education. The $14,000 out-of-state tuition is for one semester at his university.
"It was quit a sight and they said that nobody had even payed in ones before," Ramos told KDVR in Colorado.
