Education Secretary Arne Duncan to Announce 2010 National Blue Ribbon Schools at D.C. High School
U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will announce that more than 300 schools have been selected as 2010 Blue Ribbon Schools Thursday, Sept. 9, at 10:00 a.m., at the School Without Walls Senior High School in Washington, D.C.
