The Bush Institute's campaign to develop strong principals

We've talked here over the last year or so about the next wave of education reforms, the ones that seek to build upon the modernizations of the last 25 years, such as greater school accountability, linking teacher pay to classroom performance and creating room for successful charter schools. Most recently, we talked about the debate over measuring teachers on how much "value" they add to a child over the course of a year.

Well, here's one of the next major advances: training strong principals.
