US Education official speaks in Vermont

BENNINGTON, Vt.—The incoming class at Southern Vermont College in Bennington will hear from a distinguished visitor Friday.
U.S. Under Secretary of Education Martha Kanter will speak at the school's Orientation Bookends Ceremony, outlining President Obama's 2020 goal for higher education.
