More than $830 million in education funding is at stake today in a meeting between Texas and Washington education officials.

Texas Commissioner of Education Robert Scott is meeting with U.S. Department of Education officials this afternoon in Washington, working on a way to allow Texas to get the money despite statutory conditions placed on the grant.
