Joan M. Morin told her supervisor she was experiencing a hostile and discriminatory work environment. Her employer assigned someone to conduct an independent investigation. This is not an unusual situation. Except Morin worked for the Maine Education Association (MEA) as a UniServ director and the union hired the law firm of Bredhoff & Kaiser to investigate. An attorney from the firm interviewed Morin about her allegations.
