Members of the ACSE Breaking Barriers Ad Hoc Workgroup will be meeting prior to the start of the ACSE meeting to discuss opportunities and challenges at the state level related to collaboration across systems to transform children's social, emotional, and behavioral health.

- Discuss proposed problem statement providing rationale for a coordinated group effort in order to seek resolution
