The Illinois Teacher Pension pillage by its own state legislature is one part of the overall War Against the Middle Class by mega-corporate billionaires. What is happening to the United Mine Workers of America (UMWA) and the Illinois Education Association (IEA) in combination with the Illinois Federation of Teachers (IFT) and the other state employees’ unions (police, firefighters, transportation employees, AFL-CIO employees, etc.) who are part of We Are One Illinois?
