LUCKY TO JUST HAVE A JOB
The forces that benefit from having workers accept low pay and limited benefits have done an exceptional job at convincing the average worker that they are “lucky to just have a job.” Workers all over the country have fallen for this brand of propaganda. I’ve never seen workers be so intimidated during an economic downturn as they are during this one. It’s amazing. Especially with so many corporations sitting on trillions of dollars in cash and refusing to hire anyone. Teachers are probably the group most guilty of falling prey to this nonsense.
