Well. Maybe just a little.
Seriously. My friend Matt Farmer, CPS parent, lawyer, singer and guitarist of great skill and an outrageously compelling orator, filed a Freedom of Information Act request with CPS about their decision to impose an International Baccalaureate program at Roberto Clemente High School. He filed the FOIA request June 27th.

By law, CPS had five (or, with a good excuse, 10) business days to respond to my request. But those deadlines came and went. I even left a couple of voice-mail
