Lemme just tell you something.
When you increase the length of the school day to 7.5 hours, without funding it--meaning, without hiring the music teachers, art teachers, PE teachers, librarians-- that are required to provide a fuller, richer day, or if you don't plan to build the classrooms, studios, gyms and libraries that those spaces require....
...and if you tell people that schools will have "flexibility" regarding how they can structure the longer day...
