Lemme just tell you something.
When you increase the length of the school day to 7.5 hours, without funding it--meaning, without hiring the music teachers, art teachers, PE teachers, librarians-- that are required to provide a fuller, richer day, or if you don't plan to build the classrooms, studios, gyms and libraries that those spaces require....
