Nobody is more famous than Bill Clinton for parsing his words.
But the very lame duck Ken Swanson does a mighty fine job of parsing when he answered my friend Jerry’s email about his statement in the Sun-Times about the willingness of the IEA membership to consider benefit or cost changes in our TRS plan.
Where President Ken got that message from membership is anybody’s guess.
