The keynote address will be given on Wednesday, March 9, 12:30 – 2:00 p.m. EST. Secretary Sebelius is slated to speak about how effective family engagement, beginning with Head Start and during a child’s early years, lays a positive foundation for success during transitions and across a child’s lifespan.
