No teachers need to be laid off for a lack of money. Zero. None. Funds are being diverted to pet projects under the Schools Construction Authority Budget that have Nothing to do with School construction. The only question is "Is Bloomberg the Architect or the Dupe on where the money goes". Obviously with Citytime and the MTA computer boondoggles he is the dupe. Citytime is not an $80 million fraud it is a $760 millin fraud as the MTA's computer $360 million joke. The School Construction Authority budget was recently raised from $11.6 billion to $16.1 billion--yup--check the DOE website. While there look at news from 11/12/10--Amendment to Schools
