CPS-teacher talks stall
More than eight months after their contract expired, the Cincinnati Public School District and its 2,300 teachers continue to butt heads on key issues at the bargaining table.
Public pressure is mounting for talks to continue. And while both sides say they are making slow progress, CPS board member Eve Bolton late last week said, "It could still go either way."
An impasse could lead to a third party hashing out the final agreement.
