PHILADELPHIA — President Obama will stress the importance of education today, addressing the country's students during his second annual back-to-school speech in Philadelphia.

The White House released the text of Obama's speech Monday so school officials across the country could decide whether to allow students to tune in during the school day.

In the text, the president urges students to "dream big," "work hard" and "stay focused," despite troubles plaguing the entire country.
