California's Parent Trigger law has been on the books for two years. The question is -- is it working?
Sunday the L-A Times slammed the law saying "we're a long way from knowing whether parent trigger can improve schools".
The state is trying it in 75 schools for now.. Including here in Adelanto. The idea is that parents can compel one of four major reforms if more than half or more sign a petition.
