On March 10, the San Diego Unified School Board voted to lay off 1,349 educators—one out of every six educators in the District. At Sherman Elementary, that means the school will lose more than half of their teaching staff. But the parents and teachers at Sherman are fighting back, in the first of a series of rolling rallies District-wide! Here is their story.
