Over the past two years, we have heard from Gov. Chris Christie and his administration that our schools, and our teachers, are failing our children. He has hammered away at the need for a series of reforms, from dramatically expanding the number of charter schools, to expanding school choice, to toughening teacher tenure requirements, to improving teacher evaluations.
