Since Ty “Big Fat Liar” Fahner and his front group, Illinois is Broke, came out with their ad with an actress portraying a handwringing teacher, the response has been underwhelming.

The ad shows a teacher in a classroom setting only Hollywood would recognize. She’s a school marm at a desk, with lots of books behind her. Our Miss Brooks perhaps?

NBC’s Ward Room mocked it.
