With less than a month to go before 15,000 NEA members and staffers come to my home town, state delegations have been moved out of Chicago hotels involved in a two year long labor dispute with Unite Here.
The Illinois delegation will now be housed and caucus at the Palmer House instead of the Hyatt Regency.
