For that I'd suggest the local library where any number of translations are available to help you wade through all ten thousand ponderously repetitive lines. No, this is all rather about supposed reformers in public education, the politicians who support such well publicized reformers, and the "liberal press" which stands behind them. But I promise you that we'll get back to that Trojan Horse before it's all over.
