Title IX law professor weighs in on boys-only Dallas ISD field trip | Dallas ISD Blog | dallasnews.com:

In a blog post the other day, I asked whether Dallas ISD's fifth-grade field trip to see Red Tails in which no girls were invited violated Title IX, a federal law that prohibits schools receiving federal funds from gender-based discrimination in educational programs.
