Mayor Bloomberg bids farewell to outgoing Schools Chancellor Joel Klein with pat on the back

"The city owes Joel Klein a great debt of gratitude," Bloomberg gushed during his weekly radio show on WOR.
Klein, the first New York schools boss to serve under mayoral control and the city's longest-serving chancellor, laid a solid foundation for future education leaders, said Bloomberg.
