WATCH: John Merrow Discusses Education Commissioner Tony Bennett's Resignation
As state chief of Indiana schools, Tony Bennett implemented an A-F grading system, giving the schools a letter grade, just like students. But when a GOP donor’s charter school was going to receive a poor grade, Bennett and his staff scrambled to figure out how to improve it. Bennett resigned from his position as Florida Education Commissioner in light of the scandal. Chris Hayes talks with PBS Education Correspondent John Merrow about the fallout.
