Jeb Bush Dodges Accountability for NAEP Scores

Former Gov. Jeb Bush sent out a press release this afternoon lamenting the state’s flat NAEP scores and calling for higher standards to boost performance that had “plateaued.”
Bush, head of the Foundation for Florida’s Future, also said money would help.
