No excuses for cuts to our classrooms or programs!
Things are heating up across the city in reaction to Mayor Bloomberg’s proposal to take more than 6,000 teachers from NYC classrooms. This morning, City Councilmember Robert Jackson held a conference with parents, union leaders, elected officials and advocates, to sound the alarm about the severe impact these proposed cuts will have on our schools.
