Ackerman speaks to 'secret' meeting on King charter

A top deputy of Philadelphia Schools Superintendent Arlene Ackerman attended a pivotal, closed-door meetingon the future of Martin Luther King Jr. High School last month, and was "shocked" by what he witnessed, Ackerman now acknowledges.
