Trish Williams, one of Gov. Jerry Brown’s nominees to the State Board of Education, will be stepping down as executive director of EdSource in June after 19 years on the job. Carl Cohn, the president of the non-profit and non-partisan research and policy organization’s board of directors — and another Brown nominee to the State Board — made the announcement in a press release today.
