The Value and Necessity for Collaborative Partnerships
How often do we hear phrases such as, a working partnership or a team-orientated approach, but the implications of these into practice are frequently equivocal? While I believe one may understand the significant value of initiating and sustaining partnerships with colleagues, the implementation of these ideals can be challenging.
I urge one to consider how they perceive the values and corresponding practices that promote Collaborative Partnerships. Below are some characteristics I believe engender this specific type of partnership:
