We have extended the military-industrial complex into education "accountability," and none of it's worth a single penny. The total cost of what will eventually be known as the Common Core Debacle will be very hard to calculate, in the end. A colleague recently pointed out that his district is spending $65k this year on this contraption, which is pretty much a test-generator with a reporting function, all scientifically "aligned" with the Common Core.
Mind you, it's more time testing for kids. It's also a huge time investment to set up, and an IT person will have to be in charge of it because I guarantee you it's going to be complex. Plus all the training and arguing and
